We strive to make our testing as easy and accessible as possible. simply sign up for a time, indicating your preferred location and which test(s) you’re looking to have done.
Our mobile laboratory comes to you, where our professionals administer the test. Once our hospital-gradeanalyzer has determined the results, we email you to let you know that you may see the results in our secure portal. All of our communication is HIPAA-compliant so your privacy is protected.
With your results in hand, you have the opportunity to talk to one of our doctors or share your results with your own. Either one can help prescribe treatment and answer questions.
- 4 hours prior to appointments at our clinic*
- 12 hours prior to any test outside of our clinic. This includes all mobile testing.

euverita does not currently accept insurance. We will bill you directly. We accept major credit cards and HSA cards. Payment is required at the time of service.
Paying with your HSA account uses pre-tax dollars, and applies towards your deductible.
Many of the tests we offer are reimbursable by your insurance company. While euverita will not submit these claims for you, we have assembled all the information and forms needed to file a claim for euverita-provided tests on our Payment and Insurance explainer.
We do not accept or bill Medicare, Medicaid, or state-based public insurance options. As with insurance, you may be able to file a claim for reimbursement.
While we don’t accept insurance, many private insurance companies will reimburse for some or all of the cost of the laboratory tests we provide as part of their "out-of-network" claims process. Follow the appropriate link to download the proper claim form.

Not all insurance providers allow public access to their claim forms. If you don’t see your insurance company listed, contact your insurance provider directly and request the medical claim form.

Yes! We will come to your home, workplace, or any other suitable location you select. Currently we have limited our mobile services to the Twin Cities (Minnesota) metro area, the St. Croix River valley and western Wisconsin, however, we are continually expanding.
Note: we will schedule a mobile test for the location you specify when signing up via https://schedule.euverita.com - if you would like to select a location for testing that is different than your contact information, please be sure you have added the correct information.
You decide - if your results are abnormal, you can share them with your personal healthcare provider, or talk to one of our doctors before or after you get tested (see below for information on potential fees).
We do not require you talk to a doctor, have a prescription, or get a referral to get any testing from euverita. It's up to you!

When you schedule a test, be sure to enter the correct zip code for the place you want to be tested. We will let you know if you are outside of our service area and whether we can accommodate your request. Often, we can meet you at a place and time that is mutually convenient.

If you need to schedule a test for someone other than yourself, please be sure to put their name and birthdate in the appropriate fields when you go through our scheduling process.

Yes! We are actively running testing programs for a variety of businesses. Euverita has a fully capable platform that we use to bring the lab to your place of business or to an employee’s home.
